The whole place was clean, I enjoyed it, and had first class staff and rooms.

Fairly clean place in historic style with all necessary facilities. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

I loved its staff and location, really nice building. Attentiveness of the staff. Nice restaurant provided Indian dishes.

It was overall clean and quirky place, had good staff and amenities.

The hotel is a stunningly beautiful one, it offers tasty breakfasts and fab location right on the market square.

No complaints, it was dope! Enjoyed hotel's staff and food, had a such wonderful stay in a property full of character and ambience. It took me 5 mins to get to the bus station. I ate at a pleasant restaurant on dinner as cancelled on sight of restaurant. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, as were the pillows.

It was a really enjoyable time staying at this beautiful old hotel. Very good service, outstanding food and perfect location really close to Market Square as well as shops. Welcoming and helpful staff as one would expect.

I liked the place, it was fairly clean & the staff were warm. Fabulous unit. There were plenty of restaurants to eat, like Gepettos that was only 5 minutes' walk away. Beautiful hotel and nice service.

The staff were discreet, healthy food served for breakfast. Brilliant view, a peaceful balcony, lovely bed, too. The location in a local area was pleasant and there were shops and a market nearby.

I loved it, its staff and location. Super beds, WiFi, climate control and terrace were a nice touch. There was a superb restaurant, the shops and a market next door. I had such great days staying at this nice business hotel.

Food and staff were fine, I had a superb experience here. Super comfy bedrooms and a first class bathroom. Particularly good views and lovely garden. I appreciated the lovely area. Also, it was close to market place.

The venue is recently refurbished and gorgeous, its location is lovely, really close to places of interest, North Yorkshire, Helmsley. Updated units on stand alone heaters. Everything is spotless, I truly enjoyed my time here.

Lovely overall experience. We had savoury breakfast for half the price. The staff was charming, superb service. Brilliant location to Look Gallery Helmsley. Warm reception. What's more, the parking right outside was a nice bonus.

Helpful service, super location and continental breakfast. The views from our spacious bedroom were absolutely gorgeous! There were the markets and shops around the hotel.

a fantastic hotel with excellent staff and a sensational breakfast. right by the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. it's 4-6 minutes walking distance from bus station called helmsley market place.

The breakfast was hot, plus the location was MARVELLOUS. For dinner, we went to La Trattoria, it was easy walk to the venue. Furthermore, free Wi Fi was a great addition. We enjoyed our stay in Black Swan At Helmsley.

Within easy reach of helmsley castle. We appreciated black swan. It is close to the airport. Location, an easy walk to all attractions.

One of the dining options, Gepettos, was 5 mins walk away. Free Wi Fi worked pretty fast. An enjoyable base for exploring Helmsley❤❤
